Regie
Nadav Lapid was born in Tel Aviv, Israel an now lives in Paris. The director and screenwriter studied in Tel Aviv and at the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in Jerusalem. Lapid directed three short films, published a novel and worked as a literary critic and sports journalist before joining the Cinéfondation of the Cannes Film Festival in 2007, where he wrote the screenplay for his first feature film POLICEMAN. His feature films won the most prestigious awards of international cinema including in Cannes, Berlin (Golden Bear 2019) and Locarno. He is a recipient of the French Order Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres. YES is his fifth feature film.
